I really got to get around to playing CyberPunk 2077 sometime...I even own it, but my backlog is INSANE (seriously around 200+ games I need to start)... It reminds me of quite a mix - Johnny Mnemonic (for several obvious reasons), Ghost In The Shell (also pretty obvs reasons), a touch of Appleseed & for some reason whenever Brain-Dances are mentioned (particularly the "X" ones) I can't help but think of this weird 90s movie called Strange Days & what they called "squids" (the black-jack ones, specifically, for the "X" BD's) - oddly, Blade Runner is the least of the ones that comes to mind, even though I hear it compared/categorized w 2077 quite a lot... ...it seems/sounds pretty awesome, TBH~

I love this old school cyberpunk view of the internet back in late 80’s and 90’s. It’s almost like realworld internet protocols merged with virtual reality interfacing instead of hypertext and a dash of tron-like visualization of frameworks and programs. Great video, thanks for deep diving into this awesome aspect of this game’s lore.

With all the machine references I’m surprised no one talked about Tartarus engine knowing it’s about a machine of external suffering and with Tartarus being a word for hell (I think) and with the poem being theorized to be about the 9 layers of hell and with us discovering a bible passage I feel the game could be a clue for us to perhaps lead us to find out that the password could be based around religion or Greek mythology’s underworld
